PUBLIC NOTICE

The Borough Assembly will hold a Work Session in the Borough Assembly Chambers on Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. to discuss the following topic:

          1.         Issues related to current and future applications for the sale, cultivation, and manufacturing of marijuana in our community

          2.       Discuss the options of taxation on marijuana, alcohol, and tobacco

The public and those who are interested in starting a marijuana business are ENCOURAGED to attend.  There may also be a quorum of the Planning & Zoning present for this Workshop.
