The Planning and Zoning Commission meets the 2nd Thursday of every month at 7:00pm.  Items for consideration  must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the meeting.

Public Hearing Notice  - DUE TO A LACK OF QUORUM THIS MEETING AND HEARING HAS BEEN CANCELLED

THE WRANGELL PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION’S REGULAR MEETING WILL BE HELD THURSDAY NOVEMBER 10, 2016 AT  7:00 P.M.  AT CITY HALL. THE FOLLOWING PUBLIC HEARINGS WILL BE HELD AT THE MEETING:

1. Variance application for a back yard and side yard setback reduction for a cabin on Lot 1-B2, GIHP Resubdivision, zoned Single Family Residential, requested by Charles and Pam Haubrich.

Supporting materials are on file at City Hall. The meeting is open to the public. Testimony may be made in writing or at the meeting.

Any appeal of the decision of the Planning and Zoning Commission for Conditional Use Permits or Variance Permits shall be in writing with the Borough Clerk no later than 15 days after the date of the decision per WMC 20.80.010 (C).

A full agenda and packet will be available on line or at City Hall a few days before the meeting.

There will also be a WORKSHOP ON TINY HOMES, COTTAGES, YURTS AND OTHER BUILDING STYLES NOT EASILY CONFORMING TO THE ZONING CODES AT 6:30PM.
