Author Ernestine Hayes at the Library

On Tuesday 3/8/2016 from 7-8PM at Irene Ingle Public Library author Ernestine Hayes will visit Wrangell virtually through our Live Video Conference facility.  

She is a Native Alaskan author and through the month of February is traveling around the state to generate conversations through the  Alaska Reads program to promote literacy. 

The Alaska State Library has made copies of Blonde Indian available to all public libraries, inlcuding Wrangell's, throughout the state. Blonde Indian is available as an e-book, too.
