Wrangell City Dock Rehabilitation
The City and Borough of Wrangell, Alaska received grant funds in the amount of $4,250,000 from The State of Alaska's DCCED.
The Wrangell City Dock Rehabilitation project consists of demolition and installation of approach dock pile cross bracing, approach dock abutment repairs, mooring cell dolphin fender system repairs, pile anode installation, pile jacketing, pile spray metalizing, sandblasting containment, and disposal and miscellaneous appurtenant work.
The engineering design was provided by PND Engineers, and the construction service is provided by Northwest Underwater Construction, LLC. The project's final completion date is scheduled for November 15, 2012.
