The Planning and Zoning Commission meets the second Thursday of each month at 6:00pm. Materials for any required hearing must be turned in two weeks prior to the meeting. Please contact Zoning staff for exact dates.

THE WRANGELL PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION’S MEETING FOR MAY WILL BE HELD THURSDAY JUNE 13, 2019, AT 6:00PM AT CITY HALL. THE FOLLOWING PUBLIC HEARINGS WILL BE HELD AT THE MEETING:
1. Variance permit request for a variance to the backyard setback requirements for a garage on Lot 4, Zimovia Subdivision, zoned Single Family Residential, requested by Zachary Taylor.
2. Variance permit request for a variance to front and back yard requirements for a bathroom addition on Lot E, Mork Subdivision, zone Single Family Residential, requested by Rolland Howell.
