Community Center & Gymnasium

Parks & Recreation sponsors activities, programs, instructional classes, and athletic events in the Wrangell Community Center (Old Gym), located next to the Swimming Pool & Recreation Facility.  The public is invited to join in all of our regularly scheduled recreational activity. 

In addition to Parks & Recreation-sponsored events, there are a variety of spaces available to rent for sports events, private parties, dances, meeting space, workshops, classes, community fairs, and other functions.  The spaces currently available are the Gymnasium, the Classroom, and the Kitchen.
