Request for Proposals for Government Accounting Software and Conversion

from Prior System

Notice is hereby given that the City & Borough of Wrangell, Alaska will receive sealed proposals to supply, install and support a new governmental accounting software system.  A complete proposal packet may be obtained on-line at http://www.wrangell.com/rfps or by contacting Wrangell’s Borough Clerk’s Office located at City Hall, (907)-874-2381, 205 Brueger Street, P.O. Box 531, Wrangell Alaska, or by email: clerk@wrangell.com. 

Proposals may be submitted by mail or email, but must be received by the Borough Clerk by 2:00 p.m., (Alaska Time) on December 28, 2015.  Clearly mark in the subject line or on the outside of the envelope, “Government Accounting Software and Conversion from Prior System”. The Borough Assembly reserves the right to reject all proposals, to request additional information concerning a proposal for purposes of clarification, to accept or negotiate any modification to any proposal following the deadline for receipt of all proposals, and to waive any irregularities if such would serve the best interests of the Borough as determined by the Borough Assembly.
