Utility Application

Below is a copy of a Utility Application that must be completed to obtain services.  This application is for an account that will bill for all services including Electricity, Water, Sewer and Garbage.  Deposits are required for Electricity and Water. 

Municipal Codes related to all services also may be accessed below.

Electric deposit is $100.00 for residential and harbor accounts and $200.00 for commercial accounts. 

Water deposit is $25.00 for all accounts

Completed applications can be returned to either City Hall or the Light Department Office.  Deposit and a copy of your current State issued ID are required.
