Land Use Application

The purpose of this title is to promote and improve the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the borough. These regulations are designed to further the orderly layout and use of land; to secure safety from fire, panic, and other dangers; to provide adequate light and air; to prevent the overcrowding of land; to assure adequate open land space; and to facilitate the further subdivision of larger tracts into smaller parcels of land.

APPLICATION FEES: For zoning change, $150.00, for Subdivision or Preliminary Plat, $100.00. All fees must be paid at time of filing and are non-refundable.
