Before the Regular Assembly meeting on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., there will be a Work Session of the Borough Assembly, in the Borough Assembly Chambers for the following item(s):

Although there will be a quorum of the Borough Assembly, there will be no action taken.
The Regular Assembly meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.

PUBLIC HEARING - PUBLIC NOTICE
During the Regular Assembly Meeting in the Borough Assembly Chambers at City Hall, on May 13, 2025, at 7:00 PM, a Public Hearing will be held on the following items:
- Request from William Tonsgard of Tideline Construction, LLC. to purchase Borough-owned real property and tidelands identified as; APN 03-011-15, Lot 7, of the USS 3534 Subdivision according to Plat No. 29-20; and, APN 03-011-100, Survey USS 3000; and, a portion of APN 03-011-150, Lot 6, of the USS 3534 Subdivision according to Plat No. 29-20; and, a portion of APN 03-010-216, Lot 10, of the USS 3534 Subdivision, according to Plat No. 29-20; and, a portion of APN 03-011-200, of the ATS 1249 Subdivision, according to Plat No. 83-13
- Request from Jiaying Lu to purchase Borough Owned Real Property within Wrangell Townsite, Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, and 9 of the Subdivision Plat Block 54, according to Plat No. 68-81, zoned Open Space/Public (located behind the old Wrangel Medical Center)
- ORDINANCE No. 1076 OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE CITY AND BOROUGH OF WRANGELL, ALASKA, AMENDING SECTION 5.10.035 - PURCHASES AND SALES AND SECTION 5.10.062– DISPOSITION OF PERSONAL PROPERTY FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PURPOSES TO UPDATE THE MUNICIPAL CODE FOR CONSISTENCY AND BASED, IN PART, UPON THE RECOMMENDATION AND LEGAL OPINION OF THE BOROUGH ATTORNEY THAT SECTIONS OF 5.10.035 AND 5.10.062 ARE UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND NOT LEGALLY ENFORCEABLE
