Public Hearing Notice
THE WRANGELL PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION’S REGULAR MEETING WILL BE HELD THURSDAY OCTOBER 13, 2016 AT 7:00 P.M. AT CITY HALL. THE FOLLOWING PUBLIC HEARINGS WILL BE HELD AT THE MEETING:
1. Request for a modification to an existing Contract zone allowing a Light Industrial use within Single Family District to increase the number of buildings of the inside storage unit facility on Lot C, Torgramsen-Glasner Subdivision, requested by Mr. and Mrs. Donald Glasner
2. Variance application for a reduction in front and side yard setbacks on Lot 4, Block 9, Wrangell Townsite, zoned Single Family Residential, requested by Joyce Phillips.
3. Preliminary Plat review of the Torgramsen-Austin Subdivision, a subdivision of the remainder of Lot A-2 Torgramsen-Glasner Subdivision, zoned Single Family Residential, requested by Robbie Austin, owned by Lisa Torgramsen.
Supporting materials are on file at City Hall. The meeting is open to the public. Testimony may be made in writing or at the meeting.
Any appeal of the decision of the Planning and Zoning Commission for Conditional Use Permits or Variance Permits shall be in writing with the Borough Clerk no later than 15 days after the date of the decision per WMC 20.80.010 (C).
