Public Service Announcement: Utility Auto-Payment Processing Issue
We are notifying our utility customers that a technical issue prevented automatic
payments from being processed for the month of March. Our technicians are actively
working to identify and resolve the problem.
As a result, some customers may receive a delinquent notice when utility statements are
issued on April 1st. Please be assured that all late fees related to this issue will be
waived.
If your March utility payment was not processed, you can:
- Log in to your account and make a one-time payment online, or
- Call our office to make the payment over the phone.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience and
