Notice is hereby given that the City and Borough of Wrangell, Alaska will receive sealed proposals for Professional Services – NG911 System Addressing Identification project.
DOCUMENTS. Contract Documents are available in electronic format and can be downloaded from the City and Borough of Wrangell website (www.wrangell.com) under the Bids and RFP’s section. Downloading Contract Documents from the City and Borough of Wrangell’s website requires registration with the Borough Clerk in order to be placed on the Plan Holders List and to ensure receipt of subsequent Addenda. Failure to register may adversely affect your proposal. It is the Offeror’s responsibility to ensure that they have received all Addenda affecting this Solicitation. RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS. Sealed proposals will be received by the City and Borough of Wrangell, Post Office Box 531, Wrangell, Alaska 99929, or located at the Borough Clerk’s Office, 205 Brueger Street, Wrangell, Alaska 99929, or Email: clerk@wrangell.com, until 2:30 PM prevailing time on December 30th, 2024 and publicly opened and read at that time. Clearly identify the name of the Sealed Proposal project on the outside of the envelope or in the email subject line.
OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make the award to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder as it may best serve the interests of the OWNER. The CBW reserves the right to modify the contract after its award.
