Modifications to the Municipal Water Code includes rate adjustments

The Borough Assembly adopted Ordinance 935 which amended the Borough's Water Code requirements.  Part of the modifications include enforcing the Water Shortage Management Plan, eliminating vacation rates, and adjusting base metered and non-metered rates for all customers, and the per thousand gallons volume rate of water for all metered customers.
